Venessa Venter

Passionate about doing business in an ethical and professional way.

Venessa migrated to New Zealand in 2010 from Cape Town, South Africa, where she held the position of Call Centre Manager and Administration Manager at ADT Security.  During her tenure in ADT South Africa Venessa set up a centralised inbound Customer Service Call Centre for Cape Town.

Venessa joined ADT Security New Zealand as Monitoring Team Manager where she had to quickly learn to cope with New Zealand’s different challenges.  She got first hand operational experience in crisis management during the Christchurch earthquakes.  She now holds the position of Operations and Customer Services Manager.

Prior to joining ADT Venessa managed the Call Centre for Virgin Active where amongst other functions she handled Customer complaints on behalf of Richard Branson.

Venessa hold a Bachelor’s in Economics and majored in Financial Management and Industrial Phycology.

Venessa hopes her zeal for delivering exceptional customer service will help lift the standards in the security industry.
