Learn the good practice approach to installations through to IQP inspections

This is a 3.5 hour workshop that provides a great opportunity for industry participants to learn about, and update their knowledge, on the requirements for compliance documents and what constitutes “good practice” under the industry Standards and NZSA Code of Practice.

Our presenters are subject matter experts and will deliver an interactive and hands-on learning session where attendees will see, and be able to comment on, what constitutes good practice versus poor practice.

Presenters

Rosemary (Rosie) Killip
Director, Founder and CEO of Building Networks NZ Ltd

Rosemary is an international speaker, author and training practitioner specialising in building law. She is a sought after speaker for building conferences and a regular commentator on building compliance in New Zealand.

With substantial insider knowledge of how councils review and interpret the Building Act rules, she brings practical insights and wisdom from over three decades working alongside building compliance staff, council staff, building inspectors and building owners.

Lincoln Potter

Lincoln Potter PSP is an independent security consultant. Lincoln is the ASIS New Zealand Chapter immediate past deputy-chairperson (and previously Treasurer) and a security professional with over 25 years’ experience in both physical and electronic security.

He is also an experienced trainer and an auditor of the Codes of Practice programme for the NZSA.
