The NZSA Security Cadet Programme is an employment-based programme that places Auckland and Wellington-based candidates who are currently on a benefit in to long term employment with an NZSA member. Candidates will gain experience in at least three or four different positions during their first year of employment with the potential to fast-track into more senior roles. Members who employ the cadets will be financially supported under the Flexi-Wage programme, with the NZSA providing pastural care for the candidate.
