The Wellington City Council encompasses a wide range of different facilities and operations delivering services to the people of Wellington. Employing over 1600 staff it is a challenging and ever-changing environment combining effective and practical security solutions with the needs of the core business of delivering quality services to the public.
Leading the Council security team, I am responsible for the management of security assets, staff, and public safety within those facilities and security best practice across the property portfolio. This role involves the development of security solutions for diverse sites, policy and procedure implementation, investigations, and senior security leadership in this field.
