Dean provides safety and security training to staff working within organisations where they may be exposed to abusive, threatening and aggressive behaviour from customers they come into contact with whilst doing their job. I provide these staff with the tools to communicate, de-escalate situations, and have the confidence to take action to keep themselves safe.
