I’m Senior Manager, Protective Services at Westpac New Zealand. I lead enterprise security strategy, governance, and assurance; direct crisis and emergency management; and oversee executive protection and travel risk for senior leaders. I coordinate PSOC operations, threat monitoring, and incident response, integrating intelligence, technology, and frontline partners to prevent, detect, and resolve risk. I partner with business, property, and technology teams to safeguard people, assets, branches, and reputation, while strengthening resilience, continuity, and compliance.
