Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist based on the North Shore of

Auckland. The role primarily involves providing technical support for installers, addressing and

resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include

troubleshooting technical problems, analysing and diagnosing issues, and offering clear

resolutions. You will collaborate with various colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences

and document solutions for future reference.

Management of multiple customer engagements and prioritisation is a crucial skill required.

Day to day operational tasks are included in the role. Supporting the multi-faceted business

functions of warehousing, logistics, customer service and meeting attendance all play a part in

this tight team environment.

Updating and continually building a dossier of technical quick guides for market leading

technical support.

Experience / Track record.

Mechanical / electronic experience

Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting

Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and diagnosing issues

Exceptional telephony and face to face communication skills

Microsoft 365 suite experience | Outlook, Word, Excel, PP.

Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly guide customers

Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment and off site as required

Qualifications

Military or Police trained [not essential]

Bachelor’s degree [preferred, not essential]

Trade Qualification

OR proven associated experience

Renumeration is a salary set above market rate with performance based incentives.

Due to the nature of high security project work, respective New Zealand and Australian Police

check will be carried out for shortlisted candidates.
