We are seeking an experienced communications superstar to run our busy call center.
Based in Auckland, you will be responsible for taking calls from throughout New Zealand and making decisions that affect service delivery.
The position will involve a rotating shift pattern that will include night shifts during the week and weekend.
The successful applicant will be customer service driven with excellent verbal English skills backed up by the ability to generate grammatically correct reports to both clients and management.
You must have excellent computer skills and be able to manage several competing tasks simultaneously.
As the first point of contact, you will manage relationships with key clients and contractors and will be responsible for dispatching patrolman and guards to a range of priority and routine tasks.
The role will include ensuring that Simply Security’s response is in line with both organisational and site-specific Standard Operating Procedures. You will have an eye for detail and have a keen understanding of our obligations as they relate to response, health, and safety and agreed on escalation policy.
The ideal candidate will have previous call taking and/or dispatching experience.
Experience with Argus fleet tracking software, Microsoft SharePoint and popular call center CRM products will be an advantage.
Previous experience in the Security Industry would be a bonus as would geographical knowledge of the country’s main centers.
