Reporting to our Wellington Regional Operations Manager, this role is key to leading and managing our installation team to be their best. You will provide technical guidance to the team, as well as building solid relationships with our clients and suppliers. Day to day, this role will:
- Lead, coach, develop and support the installation team on effective delivery, technical excellence and client interaction
- Conduct regular site visits to gain insights and ensure the team is working effectively
- Oversee the installation schedule, taking a project management approach to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
- Provide quality control to ensure installations are completed to the highest standard
- Provide technical advice and input to the sales team
- Collaborate with our operations, client services and maintenance teams to maintain an exceptional customer experience
- Build strong client and supplier relationships
