Protect the excitement of live entertainment, sports, and community events while providing memorable, positive experiences for all attendees.

This role requires a COA (Certificate of Approval) Security Licence

About the role:
– Deliver friendly, approachable service to all event guests, organisers, and stakeholders
– Monitor venue environments and take prompt action where risks or incidents arise
– Conduct bag checks, security screening, and validate tickets or accreditation as required
– Assist with crowd control and safe movement of people through event spaces
– Manage vehicle and gate access according to established procedures
– Provide clear, calm communication to resolve or de-escalate situations
– Contribute positively to the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of every event
– Represent Red Badge Group’s standards and values at all times

Key Requirements:
– Hold a current NZ COA (Certificate of Approval) security licence
– Clean criminal conviction record
– Previous experience in security, hospitality, customer service, or a similar field is an advantage
– Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
– Eligibility to work in New Zealand and a minimum age of 18 years
