    Security Trainer or Work Place Assessor of the Year 2017

    This award celebrates those who have made a difference to improving security practice via training and recognises the individual who has consistently promoted outstanding performance and produced identifiable results that have benefited their organisation or the customers that they work with.

    • Nominations must describe the services provided by the Security Trainer or Work Place Assessor with particular reference to how their performance has made an impact in developing outstanding security practices in terms of adding value, improving performance or otherwise driving excellence
    • The judges will be looking for evidence of outstanding performance in:
      i) Discussing the key distinguishing strengths of the individual
      ii) Identifying the factors that enable the individual to excel
      iii) Providing examples of outcomes and improved performance
      iv) Demonstrating the benefits achieved by the organisation or customer and how they are sustained

  • An independent panel of judges, including representatives of the NZSA Board, will convene to select a winner. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be announced at the NZSA-The Skills Organisation Awards Dinner held at Te Papa (National Museum of New Zealand) Wellington, Friday 25 August 2017.
