Mandatory training comes in to effect, any person applying for a certificate of approval or license as a crowd controller, property guard or personal guard must complete the training before their certificate of approval or license can be issued however, these people will be eligible for a temporary license which will allow them to work while they train (temporary license valid for 3 months).
