    Communication Centre Operator of the Year 2017

    This award recognises excellence, commitment and professionalism within the “Communications Centre Operator” sector of the industry. The individual will have demonstrated an outstanding level of service delivery that exceeds the customers (external or internal) expectations.

    • Nominations must be supported by a letter of support from the individuals employer and/or client
    • Nominees must include demonstrated evidence of the individuals customer service
    • Nominators must provide names and contacts for two referees to allow for further clarification if required.

  • An independent panel of judges, including representatives of the NZSA Board, will convene to select a winner. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be announced at the NZSA-The Skills Organisation Awards Dinner held at Te Papa (National Museum of New Zealand) Wellington, Friday 25 August 2017.
